Notes |
|
Judy Grill's line of custom needles pays tribute to our endless compulsion for special knitting accessories. She begins with needle dowels from the expert German manufacturer Holz & Stein (with birch needles from Twin Birch Products) and then tops them with unusual ornamentations. You'll find cheerful rainbow tops made of multiple layers of dyed wood veneer; balls of black clay embedded with rhinestones; shiny lumps of anthracite coal; and my personal favorite, richly colored iridescent glass balls. The rosewood and ebony needles have a smooth finish, a long and gentle taper, and moderately soft tips. To read about the birch needles (exclusive of Judy's tops), click here. |
