Last week I reviewed a book that contained 101 patterns that could be knit up using one skein of yarn. The one-skein notion can be especially attractive with yarns that cost more than $30 per skein. This week I review one such yarn, a glorious and colorful silky concoction from Artyarns called Silk Rhapsody.
And now the fun part. Next week I'll have a one-skein Silk Rhapsody shawl pattern, just for you!
A knitter decides to embark on a project and invites others to join. It could be a specific pattern, a type of item, by a particular designer, from a particular book, even using a specific fiber. Everyone who joins is given a username and password to post progress and chat with others in a blog set up just for that knitalong. Sound like fun? Check out the Knitalongs section of our forum to find a knitalong that interests you.
As always, thank you for your readership and your support. Happy knitting, and I'll see you in the forums!
P.S. Do you have friends who would enjoy Knitter's Review? If so, don't hesitate to forward this email to them!
