I have the Brother KX350 and have been playing around with it for a few weeks. I am missing one pusher--not the 1x1, and also the Video. Does the video add anything that is not in the manual? Also, are there any pattern books for the midgauge simple machines?

| I have the video, its been to many years since i looked at it. I will try to watch it this week and get back to you. I have not found a lot of machine knit patterns. I Found a few online http://www.needlesofsteel.org.uk/ this is one place. I would like to see any that you have run across. I do most of my knitting by hand. But would like to do more on the machines if i could find some good patterns. Welcome Sandy |

The Clearwater Knits books are for the Silver Reed LK150 (the needles are 6.5mm apart on the LK150). Although the Brother KX350 is a 7.0mm mid-gauge machine, instead of 6.5mm, maybe these patterns would work.
Also, a popular machine knitting book from the 1990s is in print again. Hand-Manipulated Stitches for Machine Knitters, by Susan Guagliumi, was re-released Dec. 4, 2008. From the Amazon.com description, I think this book teaches stitches rather than providing patterns.
Does anyone have the book Creative Machine Knitting by Ruth Lee? (description on Amazon) Would the patterns be easy enough to use on a manual (not electronic) mid-gauge machine?
Knitting Cuff to Cuff (Twelve Sweaters One Way), a book by Susan Guagliumi, has a special section to help adapt all 12 patterns to knitting machines. (Amazon)
