I heard about this on NPR's 'Wait wait don't tell me'. This artist knitted two different boyfriends -- creepy and funny at the same time.

I find it extremely amusing. If the sexes were reversed, and the knitted girlfriend was as fully covered, it would be just as amusing. It's kind of sad, too, to think someone could be so lonely that they would be happy with a knitted "friend".

However, it was made as "art", and as such, I did enjoy watching it(the film clip). Very clever, indeed!

Yuck, these are really creepy, I have also seen celebrity ones that you can knit, they are just as creepy as these ones.
