I've enjoyed seeing Clara on the show - now that Eunny Jang is leaving Interweave Knits, will there be an opening for a new hostess on the show (for which Clara would be ideal)?

Where's Eunny Jang going, Nancy? I don't follow the show and haven't heard. How odd to think of her not at Interweave.

Not as far as I know - there are snippets here: http://www.knittingdaily.com/media/g/knitting_daily_tv_videos/default.aspx
but I don't know if they work in Australia. You can buy the series on DVD.

The item I saw said only that she is leaving Interweave Knits in March to “pursue other opportunities.” http://knitting.craftgossip.com/lisa-shroyer-interweave-knits/2013/02/22/

Thanks for the link, Nancy. It is tantalizingly vague. There seems to be a lot of change at Interweave this year, judging on the (admittedly slim) evidence that their careers section on their website has been going bananas. Looks like lots of new positions and possible expansion. They have a few offices in Loveland, CO, and although no positions have been posted for it, they've recently added Fort Collins to their list of locations. (FC is about 15 miles north of Loveland, and is a larger town with a major university.)
I have dreams of moving to Loveland and working for Interweave, so check their jobs board frequently.

Eunny's going to Craftsy where she'll be helping head up their sewing division. A while ago she really fell in love with sewing, so this is definitely a move to pursue a passion.

(And thank you for posting about this show! I've enjoyed donning the lab coat and talking with Eunny about yarns. Even if the lab coat is made out of POLYESTER, which a) is ironic for me and b) doesn't breathe a bit under those hot lights.)

Best of luck to Eunny. And I'm excited for some changes at IK.
