I'm not sure where to post this, but I am trying to find information about Baldwin and Walker Ladyship wool, most specifically the yardage. This brand has been discontinued since the 1970's and info about it is limited at best. Does anyone have anything they share? Thanks!!!

My name is Michelle, and I'm a yarnaholic.

Have you checked over at Ravelry? They list discontinued yarns.

I checked Rav--the database doesn't list anything about this brand. There's a lot for "Patons and Baldwin" but no Ladyship. Yarndex?

Not on Yarndex either! I did Google it and there are pattern books that you can buy. I have read it is 5ply and fingering weight. One thing you might do is fine a very cheap pattern book and buy it to find out more.

Thanks for the suggestions! I have looked everywhere I can think of for info, but can't find much. Thanks, Kim, I will try doing that.
