I love the effect of using Lion brand Ruffles (similar to Rico Can Can) and want to make a purse. However, I don't like the ruffles being on both the inside and outside of the purse and not being able to line it or at least have a solid inside. Does anyone have an idea for making some kind of matrix to work the ruffles into so that only the outside shows ruffles?

Nothing is what it seems, nor is it otherwise.
