I have a Bellinky Baby Linker. This has a straight comb and hand crank. It looks like an old sewing machine.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get replacement needles and a copy of the manual.

Hi Steve

I have a Bellinky Linker and it is an easy machine to operate, you just thread it up and link your pieces of knitting together on the comb links, turn the handle and you have a linked seam similar to that on the Hague, only difference is that the Hague goes round in a circle but with the Bellinky you link to the end of the comb and then start again. Try it without thread to start with just to see the action, its not complicated. (It threads up like a normal sewing machine). Bad news is that I have had no success in sourcing the linker needles. My one still works and I have it within my collection of knitting machines etc.

I have used the machine for about 12 months but was hoping the manual would give me information to get more out of the linker. Now the needle is broken there's not much I can do.

Hi Steve - I can scan or photocopy a manual for you. I have been able to find needles available from Goodyear sewing in Korea but they have a minimum order of 50 ($154 US). I have now got another contact from Orange Needles who seem to be the only manufacturer so will let you know when I get a reply from them.

Hi All - I also have a Bellinky Linker and am desperately searching for a needle.

Did anyone find a supplier? If so - could you share the contact with me please? (britlady52@gmail.com).

I just got my Bellinky Baby Linker from a nice lady on Ebay. She pointed me to this forum to try and locate the missing comb and needles. Can anyone help me find it?
