I probably replied to this topic eons ago, but something that Kristin said caught my eye. What I replied back then and what I would reply now would be totally different. Back then, I'd never heard of Denise needles and had never knitted a sock, among other things. Back then it was much easier to decide what to bring. Now all I can say is: I hope I never get stranded like that. I need all my stash and all my books and magazines!

Keep on knittin', mama, knittin' those blues away! |

before I get nudged to introduce myself, here goes: I started knitting last year in October and I progressed from scarf and hat making to sweaters. I'm currently working on two sweaters from the Debbie Bliss number four pattern book.
Welcome, Tintalle, I'm glad you found us! I probably am very guilty at doing the nudging around here. I just love to hear about peoples knitting experiences and histories. I'm sorry if this annoys anyone....probably will keep doing it anyway! Anyway, Tintalle, Welcome again. It's an awesome place to meet other knitter's.
