Well, now, isn't that convenient?

I got home, on the way home I called my mom and found out my dog is dying of cancer. They say he will only last a few days. I cried a while, now I am just sitting here depressed.
He is a wonderufl sweet, sheltie, 11 years old and the color of lassie. I got him when i was 16, he has been with my mother sence i left for college. They came to visit not 2 weeks ago and had brought him with them. He hasn't been eating, but he acts fairly well. You would never suspect the cancer is all inside him all over and in his liver.
I set up the wheel, tried to attach a lead, I really don't know how to get started with it. I was hoping to spin a bit maybe to help me think, but I can't get it working so I am just sitting here mostly depressed. They said he would last days. It's not any fair at all. My poor mother is heart broken and crying like crazy.

oh sweetie I am so sorry
I lost my beloved kiss at 16
now listen, use a peice of tape to attache a longish peice of yarn as a leader...
then you will predraft....but for a bit probably spin that thick thin stuff it won't take you long to get the hang of it
again I am so sorry
