I am involved in a new religion called Articreo, which is for crafters and artists. Knitting and other artforms are a kind of therapy and can also be spiritual and healing.

Anyone interested can have a look at http://www.articreo.com or just google for articreo.

Knitting really gives a purpose in life.

Without knowing the exact tenets, I've been an adherent for long time. :)

That's great :D
Many people have enjoyed the spiritual benefit of crafting. Articreo gives a form to this creativity, and has specific celebrations twice a year to focus on our creative way of life.
