I was kindly sent a subscription ot IWK as a gift but I am unable to enter the Subscriber only access area for the subscriber only free patterns despite typing in the secret word .
They made a mistake once and I wasn't able to get in. I emailed them, and they emailed back pretty quickly to tell me about the mistake and give me the correct password. I don't have my mag handy, or I'd check....

I had no trouble getting in just now. The current issue has the password on page 2 - they have made the subscriber area open to all readers for this issue. So, the word is cable.
If you're browser blocks cookies, you won't get redirected to the subscriber-only content. Clicking "Login" does create a cookie, but it doesn't pop-up a new window. Check you're "cookie status"!

There are usually 3 or 4 web-only projects in PDF for each issue. This issue has a felted Fair Isle-style bag designed by Pam Allen, a felted pillow, and a pair of socks. You can also see all the previously published web-only projects along with some PDFs of the "Beyond the Basics" instructional columns.
