| I would love to try Koigu sock yarn. Where does everyone buy theirs? |

Purl Soho has a great selection, and is a KR sponsor. (I have no affiliation, other than really the store and Joelle's book, Last Minute Knitted Gifts.)

| Thanks for the info on Personal Threads. I am going to try some Koigu as well as Mountain Colors Bearfoot, about which I've heard so many good things. I only ordered 2 colors of Koigu, as I'm not sure about washing this. I am not really wild about handwashing socks, and Koigu doesn't say it's superwash. But have I read here on KR that some folks machine wash Koigu? |

I have Koigu socks and a Koigu scarf and I always machine wash on cold and dry on low temp with no problem. If I had to handwash they would lay in the hamper forever.

I do the same as GFTC and my Koigu socks look just fine. If anything, they're even softer after machine washing.
