I'm still reading Blink by Malcolm Gladwell. It is literally about "thinking without really thinking". The author examines the decison-making process -- and for me I'm seeing that well-thought out decisions are necessarily any better than those made on the cuff. We'll see...once I'm finished...

I've read Blink by Ted Dekker. If you start it you won't put it down.

I read it, liked it and posted here, at the time it was fresh. I really liked his other book, The Tipping Point a bit better.
