I fell in love with this yarn and bought some, but I couldn't go for buying 3 skeins (there's 520 yds to a $32 skein) so I just bought two. Stupid, because now I have 1040 yds, not enough for a sweater in my size, and way too much for a scarf... Here's a picture. Any ideas?

I don't have any suggestions for you, but I have seen that yarn before on their website and it is absolutely lovely. I'll have to find a pattern just for that yarn.

Perhaps you can make a little shell/tank top with it. Or a vest. That way you wouldn't have sleeves to deal with.

Good luck. That yarn looks divine. Do you have it already, or have you just ordered? I'm curious as to how it feels.

Yes, it arrived yesterday, I'm happy to say. It is very soft and lustrous. The colors are more vivid than the muted tones in the picture. It is beautiful! Obviously, I haven't knitted it up yet, but in skein form, it's lovely.

I also have two skeins of Brooks Farm yarn that have been reposing in stash since the 2003 Sheep and Wool Festival for the same reason. I'm thinking shawl. I'm afraid my wool/mohair blend would pill badly as a vest or sweater anyway.
