Hello, fine-gauge knitting machine mavens!
I bought a Silver Reed SK 830 fine gauge machine in 2003, complete with ribber, DAK, curly cord, intarsia carriage, the whole 9 yards. I really enjoyed learning how to use it (and still have a ways to go) but with student loan payments and the realization that I'm spending much more time on spinning, I think it's time to re-sell it. Problem is, I have no idea how to go about doing this. Do folks recommend re-selling through a dealer? I've never sold anything on eBay before, and am not sure how I should go about figuring out how much the machine is worth now, before I would post on eBay. I appreciate any advice anyone can share!
THANKS!! Katie in West Virginia |
