I have acquired a fine gauge KH 9-10 knitting machine ... I have the book and manual, but am interested in ANY garment patterns to try it out!

A Brother 910 ? If so, this is a standard gauge machine machine (4.5mm) rather than a fine gauge.

You might want to get a few copies of some machine knitting magazines - lots of back issues turn up on eBay, and there's still one or two machine knit titles being published. They usually have a good mix of patterns and articles. Likewise, there's usually a reasonable selection of pattern books that turn up on eBay.
