Thanks for the advise from members. I found the most exciting experience buying yeard in Bueno Aires. In an area of four blocks there are about 20 yarn stores. Withmy husbands limited Spanish we purchasded over three kilos of yarn for under 30$ us. There is a store where handmade wooden painted buttons are available. If you knit don't miss this area the street is Raul s Ortiz 600-1000 blocks. Cabs are inexpensive in .BA. Thanks again.
