Hi all,
This is my first attempt at a baby sweater and I just need a little bit of clarification on one part (well, so far! LOL ). Here's a pic of it:
http://www.yarnmarket.com/yarn/Sirdar-Snuggly_Bolero_Hat_1646-1721.html
I've started the back and am now on the "shape raglan" part. It says to: now "work 6 rows dec 1 st at each end of every row."
I know I need to work 2 decreases on each row, do I just do the k2tog & ssk? Do I do it in from the edge one stitch, two ???
I have a lot more to go, I thought I was doing okay until I got here![:((]

Those would be the easiest and I would work them either 1 or 2 sts in from the edge, whichever you prefer. It doesn't matter all that much, although i think I like 2 sts in myself.

Cute pattern. And I don't think I know that edge stitch. |

Thank U Llinn,
I did it one in and it seems okay. Thank you for helping me so fast!
The edge was SO fun (sarcastic [crazy]), I had to go from 67 sts to 49 evenly across the bottom, I hate math but I figured it out! LOL! The edge is just a few rows of garter and then a picot bind off.
I finally got the back done, I'm starting on the left front side next. This is my first sweater and I'm really learning as I go. Thank goodness for you guys and knitting help.com's video clips! LOL!
