Very fun idea and love the look of the website. It looks too classy to contain the word "misfit", though. You have given these patterns a very worthwhile home. :-)

I love your site! I totally thought it would be a graveyard of derelict patterns that would be laughed out of town, but this is much better! You ladies rule.

I'm glad everyone is enjoying it so much. :)
But we need more patterns and articles! Come on, I know some of you have some sad, languishing patterns. Even if its for a sweater in only one size, we'd love to have it.

| I thought of the island of misfit toys from the Christmas special, and thought they would be broken and forlorn.....WRONG. Enjoyed the site, the "beach" essay hit home. My quilter's guild has one male member, and he brings his creations and just sits there waiting for praise. He NEVER praises the women's projects, but expects us to gush over HIS. He even brings things to where I work!!! Of course, I do work for his brother, but still, the nerve. [**] |
