A friend of mine was at the Crafty Bastards event in DC sometime last year, and though she isn't very crafty herself, was kind enough to pick up the most gorgeous needle case for me. Brown velvet on the outside and a really nice pale green on the inside. I love when a non-knitter "gets it."
