I received a birthday gift from a close friend yesterday--she really went crazy! She sent a Lantern Moon silk needle case, two pairs of Lantern Moon needles, a pair of Namaste needles and two skeins of Schaefer Helene yarn!!! Oh--and some markers besides. OMG!!!

Knitting IS real life!

Thanks very much for your good wishes! I'm very lucky--I always say I have the greatest friends--and by that I mean that they're great in the ways that REALLY count (giving gifts is very nice--especially this one!--but certainly not in my top 3 characteristics of a good friend).
