I really seem to need to warm up when i spin, like the first 10 minutes sorta stinks and then after that I'm gold. It kinda stinks cause sometimes I don't want to warm up, but then I get pissy when it's not as consistant.
that will change after a while I just have to remember to STRETCH my shoulders, neck and back... and we won't tell mengele will we that I am am spining a couple hours at a clip....
