1. Excellent advice to and from knitters at all levels.
2. Great laughs that sometimes only a knitter can appreciate.
3. Lots of different opinions, all valued.
4. Encouragement.
5. No one seems to take herself/himself too seriously.
6. New pattern ideas.
7. Knowing that I'm not weird for liking to knit, no matter what my teenaged kids say.
What have I forgotten?

Here! Here! (or is it Hear! Hear! ???) This is one of the *NICEST* group of knitters I've known. I haven't seen any flame wars here like on other boards or lists. Such a supportive & encouraging atmosphere.

Just like to say that I totally agree with all the above. This is the nicest friendliest knitting forum. The thing I like best about this forum is that it is completely unintimidating, and I feel free to ask no matter what about knitting without being made to feel stupid.
