It's simple. I liberally prod 4 chicken thighs or breasts with a fork. Pour 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt to taste & pepper on them & leave them be for 2-3 hours inside the fridge. turn them over every hour. THEN, (if it's the Purdue chicken with all the skin fat on - like i love it), i lay it fat side down on a heated frying pan & cook it on low-med fire 12 mins each side. If you dont like the fat, use a little oil. This comes out delicious each time. Sometimes i add garlic.
