Swift & Ball Winder recommendations wanted

Thinking about getting a swift & ball winder. Wondering if anyone has recommendations as to decent brands that aren't too pricey, but aren't going to fall apart after their second use, either. What's a good price for these things?

I have a Royal ball winder (I think it's the most common one) and it works well. I got my wooden swift from Joann's using their 50% off coupon ... I just used it once, no problem ... and I don't expect to have any after the second use.

Joann's is having the 50% off coupon today and I think it's the best deal on the internet.
