by Orson Scott Card starts with a few paragraphs about spinning. This is a fictional work about the Biblical figures, Sarah, Rebekah, and Rachel.

I have read Rebekah already and liked it, even though it is biblical in nature....not really my thing. But I like the strong women theme.

I haven't read, or even seen these three books, but I have read Ender's Game and some others by Card and really enjoyed them. Ender's Game was very captivating and thought provoking, I thought.
