I'm 3/4 of the way through the last sleeve of DH jumper Just started looking for the last ball of wool (they're 200g balls) and I can't find it. It was here recently it must have fallen out of my knitting bag somewhere around the house. I will have to keep looking.

This is after I came home and said I had found a sewing up service that was reasonably priced and would give a professional finish to the jumper. His response was along the lines of Why don't you just get someone else to make the whole thing <sulk>.

Now he's complaining that he will never get it and when I do find the wool and finish it I will have to sew it up myself or I will never hear the end of it.

sometimes you just can't win...
