Hi

I started a farrow scarf using LB Woolease and it is about 3' long but is forming one long tube and won't stay flat. Will it flatten out after washing?

Hmm, mine didn't roll at all. Are you starting each row with K2?

Actually, I'm slipping the first stitch (as to purl) and then knitting 1.

I did mine starting with k2 and it didn't roll at all. I assume that slipping your stitch must be doing it. Weird.

Are you: slipping 1, knitting 2, purling 1 and then k2,p1 across the row. When you turn you begin at the sl1.

I too slip one, k1, p1,*k2,p1 repeat from* No rolling w/ my wool. Perhaps its the wool?

Yes I'm doing the slip 1, knit 1, p 1, knit 2 and perhaps it is the LB woolease. I think I'll continue on with it and then wash it and see if it flattens out. Thanks for your replies.

I am using LB Woolease and my scarf is lying perfectly flat. Sorry you are having a problem. I am really enjoying this scarf so much...my son has already claimed the scarf as his own.

Okay - I came home from work last night and studied my scarf and noticed that I had been doing it wrong. I was knitting the knits and purling the purls - Duh!

So, I frogged the 3' and started again and it looks beautiful and is laying flat. Thanks for all your help
