I think this could be an interesting topic for discussion as well as an interesting poll topic. How many of you have kids knitting?
I have a daughter who is not interested in it, but I have a 10 year old boy who does know how but would never tell his friends.
How can we "spread the word" about knitting to the next generation--females and males?

Hi,

I have 8 grandchildren aged 10 to 14. I have taught 7 of them to knit including 4 boys. I have also taught several of their friends and many others through the years. Men knit, but they do it in the closet...LOL

They would find out they could see a lot better out of the closet!! ROFL Anyway, I have a daughter, almost 12, who has knitted since she was about 8. My sons crocheted some and cross-stitched, because I was doing those things when they were younger. Barb
