Greetings,
I've read the FAQ's entry about subscribing to a topic, but the icon the FAQ indicates for subscribing (and getting e-mail notifications of responses to the topic) doesn't appear for me. I've made sure that I'm logged in when looking for the icon, but alas, it's nowhere to be found.
When I'm looking at the icons near the topic, this is all I see:
[img]http://www.ridleyfamily.org/cora/tempimages/kr1.gif[/img]
and the FAQ says that the subscribe image is this one: [img]http://www.knittersreview.com/forum/icon_subscribe.gif[/img]
Is it just me?
Also, is HTML always off, or is that an option that I just can't find? I'm much quicker with HTML than BB code or the Forum code used here.

I think we're not allowed to use HTML... forum code is considered safer.

Cordelia, I spoke to Clara about this and she said the notify feature was discontinued. Apparently it took up too much bandwidth and cost too much to operate. I wish we had it, as it's my favourite feature of message boards.
