I got my first machine in the 1980's, a Singer bulky. It did not have any punchcard or milar features, but I made many Mary Maxim picture sweaters on it. I still use it. I also have a brother 910 and a brother bulky punchcard. I did not get to use them much when I was working, but now that I am retired I really enjoy my toys!
I enjoy making shawls and lap robes for the Vets homes and nursing home for Christmas. I love learning all the tricks and tips from the forum and I'm glad to be able to participate.
