I am looking for written instructions (not video) for a 3 needle bind off. Can anyone help me? I appreciate the information so much

Thank you for all the info. The last time tried to do the 3 needle, I did not have a problem with separation of sts. It has been a while since I have tried. I like it better then other bind offs that I have tried

Here is a tip to go with that: Use plastic seaming pins or a thin dpn to hold both pieces together while you bind off. That way you don't have to worry about the pieces separating.
Time is never a factor when joy is involved.

Here's another - I always liked her explanations and photos:
"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow.' "
