Posted - 02/21/2014 : 06:19:59 AM I made my husband a pair of socks at the beginning of last year. He loved them so much that I decided to knit him more. I knit 5 pairs throughout the year. He has worn them so much that they almost all have holes in them. I need to darn them. I tried darning one pair and I used the same yarn I knit them with but it was hard to see my stitches and I don't really like how it looks or feels. It is a thick spot on the toe area. Any one darn socks? Any tips?
