This is the left front of a cardigan. It written like this,Change to larger needles and stockinette st. Work across to within 9 sts of the end,put these last 9 sts on holder for front band. Now at arm edge inc 1 st at 6",8",10",11, 12" from beg .when piece meas same as back to underarm. My question is am I knitting up to the under arm and then increase. Or am I knitting up to the armhole with a increase at 6,8,10,12. Donna

Thank You, I won't tell you how many times I read that, and thought it was saying armhole increase but it just didn't make sense.Donna

You are knitting up to the armhole with a increase a 6, 8, 10, 12 inches.
