Posted - 12/07/2009 : 7:05:23 PM The zooplankton are just lovely. There is a knitted rat dissection at Craftzine similar to the frog dissection. I'm making it with some co-workers (we're biologists). |

Posted - 12/07/2009 : 12:08:10 PM I took part in a local hyperbolic crochet coral reef in Scottsdale this past year. It was so intersting to see how others really took off and make a lot of different sea critters and forms. I believe it will travel around a bit. Do see the main coral reef project if you have the chance. It's incredible. |

Posted - 12/03/2009 : 12:31:01 PM I don't think I'm ready for the book on making math (thanks, Minh), but I would love to take the class that that's the textbook for.
New blog, not about knitting, but I bet it keeps sneaking in: http://greenbananascancerblog.blogspot.com/ |

For those of you who like knitted hyperbolic surfaces, have a look at Making Mathematics with Needlework. I only flipped through my copy but intend to spend some quiet time with it soon. |
