Posted - 02/18/2013 : 10:51:39 AM I was so surprised to receive a skein of String Theory Caper sock yarn (80% superwash merino,10% cashmere, 10%nylon) for my birthday from my son. He went to one of our LYS's (one I rarely frequent for it's location). The woman in the shop suggested it as a yarn that a knitter wouldn't likely buy for themselves, so he did. I had just looked through one of my knitting magazines (Knit 'n Style spring 2013 issue)and admired a shawlette that I thought I would like to make......this yarn would be perfect!!! Not to mention it's in one of my favorite colors (mauves). judy |
