Any ideas for one skein of 100% merino wool (merino aran)? It is about 85 yards. Any easy fingerless glove patterns you know of?
What did you make with one skein of yarn?

If you are on Ravelry, there is a pattern search facility that lets you specify what kind of yarn and what kind of item you want to make. Plugging in these criteria:

Search results for
availability: free
category: fingerless
craft: knitting
fiber: merino
has photo: yes
weight: aran
yardage: 0-150

returns 32 patterns, and you would need to look at them yourself.
