Posted - 04/21/2010 : 6:31:40 PM It's rather interesting that nobody thought to do this sooner, since Cascade 220 is such a hugely popular yarn. The book was a joint project with Sixth & Spring Books and Cascade Yarns, and all the projects are either for hats, scarves, or mittens (which includes mitts). And it's surprisingly intriguing. Anybody else have a copy yet?

Posted - 04/22/2010 : 07:19:13 AM I have to put in a good word for Cascade 220 Superwash. It's very soft and is a great yarn to use for all those little items that get thrown in the washer & dryer over and over.

Posted - 04/22/2010 : 06:24:23 AM How do.
You are on the money, Miz Clara, when you wonder why no one has done this book before this.
I have a couple of large Cascade 220 felted bags that I adore - they were easy projects to knit, knit w/a cool bag as a goal & knit mostly from sale singleton skeins at my fav LYS. Since I have more full priced & a couple of sale priced 220 skeins in the stash totes, I plan to do more bags. There are plans to buy a sweater's worth of 220 at a point in the future as well.
Thanks for the review.
