taking measure

You already know how to knit, right? Others don't, though, and they need us to help them learn.

But what happens at 2am when they encounter a snag and you aren't around to help? Meet Lucy Neatby's new DVD, The Brand New Knitter. It's a perfect gift to tuck in your new knitter's bag before sending her or him out into the world.

This Weekend in Portland
Did you know that there are 20 knitting and fiberarts-related stores in and around the Portland, Oregon area? Visit the Yarn Crawl Web site to see a map of participating stores and find out more about the raffle and special promotions.

In the Forum: Pick-Ups
